State Police say a Manchester man is facing charges after allegedly having sexual contact with a young girl.
Troopers arrested 55-year-old Steven Feliciano, of Manchester, for sexual abuse. He’s accused of having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl over the last two weeks at his home.
He was arraigned in Manchester Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
